OHHH YEAAAAHHHHH SHE'S OUTTA THERE! *WIPES SWEAT OFF FOREHEAD*
Today is Katie Couric's last day on the Today show and until a month ago, I thought the only way they would get her out of there would be on a stretcher. I for one am glad she is leaving because change is good. They showed a montage of clips of important world leaders, kings, queens, what-have-you that she interviewed over the years and to be honest I dont remember her line of questioning to be that tough. On the other hand for a woman in mainstream jouralism t have accomplishe so much in her career and to have gotten so far, hats off to her. She will be the first woman in history to anchor the evening news on CBS solo. She has empowered many women to chase their dreams and contribute positively to society. Anyway.......off to Star-scmucks (i mean bucks)
Now time for Matt Lauer to shine in all his hot old guy glory. YEAH I SAID IT!
